Install PrintCal

A few steps, about a minute. Works with Microsoft 365 work, school and personal accounts. Prefer not to install? Use PrintCal in your browser.

✨Coming soon to Microsoft AppSource: then just search PrintCal in Outlook's Get Add-ins. Until then, add it with the manifest file below.
  1. Download the manifest

This small file tells Outlook where PrintCal lives.

  2. Add it in Outlook

Open Outlook and any email, then choose … (More actions) › Get Add-ins › My add-ins › Custom Add-ins › Add a custom add-in › Add from file. Pick PrintCal-manifest.xml and confirm. In classic Outlook for Windows or Mac use Home › Get Add-ins › My add-ins and the same Custom Add-ins › Add from file steps.

  3. Open PrintCal

Open an email or a calendar item and choose Print calendar (look under Apps or the … menu). Pin it so it's always one click away.

  4. Print

Sign in with Microsoft, tick your calendars, choose a layout and press Download PDF.

Or add from URL

Where Outlook offers Add from URL, paste:

https://printcal.nostello.com/manifest.xml

For IT admins: the whole organisation

  1. Open the Microsoft 365 admin center › Settings › Integrated apps.
  2. Click Upload custom apps, choose Office Add-in, then upload the manifest or paste its URL and click Validate.
  3. Assign it to users or groups and deploy.

Just want a look?

Open the sample calendar. No sign-in, no install, nothing sent anywhere.
